Our products are fast shipping to many countries, such as Canada, North America, UK, Oceania, some countries of Eastern Asia, and South-east Asia. If you locate in other countries, please contact us to check the shipping fees. We use UPS, Fedex and other reliable shipping methods to most parts of the world.

Your satisfaction is our permanent goal. We suggest you to check and make sure that the dress has been made to your order specifications When receive your package. If we do the dresses in wrong size, wrong color, and wrong style etc. Not same as you required in the order, you need to contact our customer service. After they confirm this problem you can return the dress to us and get a full refund or a new dress. (Shipping costs NOT included).

If you are returning dresses, please make sure they are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and clean.

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it later, you should contact us within 12 hours. But there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If your order has been processed, we will have no way to cancel it.
